Description
Journaling is a proven and often recommended way of dealing with fears, problems or unpleasant thoughts. Would you like to try it, but daily diary writing sounds too boring? Then perhaps a comic journal could inspire you!
In this workshop, we will learn about various small comic drawing tasks that can easily be integrated into a daily diary practice. Over a total of 3 hours we will visualise our fears, sharpen our everyday mindfulness, analyse dreams and learn to allow beautiful thoughts. You don't have to “know how to draw” to take part.
The workshop takes place in collaboration with Moleskine and Hotel Berlin, Berlin. Bring your favourite drawing pens! If you don't have any, there will be plenty of drawing materials on site. A notebook for your comic journaling exercises will be provided by Moleskine.
Accessibility: the room is located on the ground floor, with no steps. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet on the ground floor located in the direction of the parking lot (in front of the automatic door on the left).
